Boiled milk and sugar in deep bottomed pan over medium Flem and reduced it add 30 gr of rose syrap in milk and mix well once it has thickken take it off the flem meanwhile cut the jelly in cube and keep aside now placea a sauce pan with water over medium flame and bring it to boil add falooda sev so it in softten once done drain the water and transfer tothe bowl containning cold water

Soak falooda seed s in water in small bowl and allow to groom place the serving glass in the fridger to chill after awhile take chilled serving glassn pour 1 tbsp of rose syrap in it 2o gr of jelly cube30 gr of groom falooda seeds next layer it with1/4cup falooda sev slowly pour the chilled rose milk till the 3/4 level of glass finally drizzle some more rose syrap add venila ice-cream or your flavor last garnish with sliced pistachio sliced almonds and cherry serve immi
