Porridge Beans and Yam

Select the beans properly. Throw away the first. Add to boiling water. Allow to cook properly. Drain out the water. Add the beans to a new boiling water. Peel, dice, wash and add the yam to the beans. Add salt and allow to cook properly

Add red oil into a dry pot, add the blended and boiled fresh tomatoes and pepper. Add the slices onions. Add the shredded icefish and Kpomo. Add ginger, garlic, crayfish, cubes and salt. Stir well and allow to cook. Add the mint leaves and scent leaf.

Pour the properly cooked beans and yam into the sauce. Stir together. Allow to simmer and serve as desired.
