  • Rice, meat, Tomatoes, red chili, garlic, spices and plaintain

    Cook white rice and garnish with green p.

  2. 2

    Cook meat with spices of your choice soft. Set aside then per boil your blended tomato, red chili + garlic add oil, seasoning and your meat to fried.

  3. 3

    Serve with your fried plantain.
