  • 1 cuplentils (about 200 grams)
  • 1carrot
  • 2 cupswater (about 480 ml)
  • 1 teaspooncumin and salt
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • Toasted sandwich bread
  • Lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the lentils and soak for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Place the lentils and carrot in a pot, add cumin, and cook over low heat until tender.

  3. 3

    Blend the lentils and carrot with an electric mixer until smooth.

  4. 4

    Serve in a bowl with toasted bread and lemon.
