Steps

Heat ghee in a frying pan and fry all the cashew, raisins and rice on a low flame.

Pour roasted cashew, raisins and rice in the milk and boil it on a low flame. Also stir it on some intervals.

Pour sugar in the paysam when it starts getting thick and boil it for 2 more minutes.

Paysam is now ready to be served with soaked almonds and cinnamon powder garnished over it.
