Ingredients

  1. 2 litre Full cream milk
  2. 2cup sugar
  3. 2-3 tbsp. rice (small)
  4. 6-8almonds (soaked)
  5. 6-8 cashew (chopped)
  6. 15-20raisins
  7. 1 gram cinnamon powder
  8. As requiredGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a frying pan and fry all the cashew, raisins and rice on a low flame.

    Pour roasted cashew, raisins and rice in the milk and boil it on a low flame. Also stir it on some intervals.

    Pour sugar in the paysam when it starts getting thick and boil it for 2 more minutes.

    Paysam is now ready to be served with soaked almonds and cinnamon powder garnished over it.
