  • 1 tbsnutmeg
  • 750 gmsmargarine
  • 1 cupsugar syrup
  • 400 gmsbrown sugar
  • Rum
  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • Raisings
  • Juice of your choice
  • 1000 gmsflour

    Preheat your oven at 180 degrees then grease your baking tin.

  2. 2

    Soak raisings in juice for 3 hrs or overnight.

  3. 3

    Cream the sugar and margarine till pale and fluffy then add the sieved dry ingredients, then add in the fruits.

  4. 4

    Bake and enjoy favorably
