Akara/ kose/beans cake
Good for pap, custard, bread, garri, oat.
Steps

Soak a cup of beans in water for 5min

Wash beans to peel off d outer layer

When beans is properly washed and clean, leave in clean water for 30min or keep in the fridge to make the beans soft

Wash your pepper and onions

Pour beans, pepper and onions into your blender add a little water. (I used this blender)

Note: LITTLE WATER. The water must not be much unless you will have unblend beans, your paste won't be smooth, will have so many chunks

Add more water gradually as you blend(little at a time) until you get your desired paste

Set your pan on low heat, add oil and drop onions wait a while till oil is hot enough for frying

Scoop your beans paste into the hot oil, and fry

Enjoy your meal.
