Ingredients

  • Grated cassava
  • Palm oil
  • Pepper
  • Ground ehu
  • cubesCrushed stock
  • Crayfish
  • Diced onions
  • Ugba(ukpaka)
  • Ogiri

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the palm oil into a sizeable pot

  2. 2

    Stir very well and you'll see the oil turn a yellow paste

  3. 3

    Add the ground pepper, ground ehu, crushed stock cubes, crayfish, diced onions and ugba(ukpaka), then stir very well

  4. 4

    Add the iru/ogiri and make sure it is mixed very well.

  5. 5

    And you delicious Abacha is ready... enjoy your meal.
