Steps

Cut the head and tail of the plantains, cut in half and boil till soft

Remove the skin of the plantains and mash up thoroughly

Add the egg and salt and mix

Add the flour gradually and mix until you can knead it

Knead the dough until firm and no longer sticky

Flour your work surface and roll the dough into a log

Cut the log into desired sizes and place in boiling water
- 8
It's ready when it rises to the surface.

Drain the water and enjoy! :)
