Ingredients

  • 1500 gflour, 250g sugar, 1 tinned milk, 2tbs baking powder
  • 2capful of vanilla flavour, 2eggs, 1 cup of water,
  • 250 gbutter (1 Satchet of Simas), ground oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour with sugar, baking powder and butter together very well

    Add the milk, vanilla flavour and already beaten eggs and mix all together very well

  3. 3

    Add water to bind the dough together leave the dough for 10 mins then you deep fry until it's golden brown
