Steps

Wash, spice and boil Goat meat for a bit then add in stockfish and allow cook till tender.

Add 2- 3 cups water, depending on the volume of stock left from boiling the meat. Allow to boil.

Add in Oil, pepper, crayfish, dadawa, mix well. Correct seasoning and allow to boil very well.

Add in ogbono, mix to incorporate and allow to cook, about 10mins.

Add in Okro and ugu leaves, mix and let cook for 3mins. Put off heat.

Serve hot with swallow of Choice.
