Wash matar,boil 1 glass of water with pinch of salt boil matar in water till become soft,then pour in sieve drain the water pour in bowl and add cold water from fridge immediately. The matar are blanched.The green colour doesn't change,so this step should be done

Get ready all the ingredients as per photo wash Poha in sieve and drain water

Now heat oil in kadahi, add mustard seed,cumin seeds when flutters add peanuts saute it for 2 minutes add green chilli saute for 1 min.

Now add onion and potato and saute for 5 minutes add salt as per taste,when potato softens add turmeric powder and mix it well

Add washed Poha,blanched matar and mix well add lemon juice and sugar mix well

Put the lid and let it cook on low flame with lid for 5 minutes
