Chopped nuts finely, do 1 by 2 all raisins (cut raisins too into pieces).

In a nonstick pan, add grated carrot and bottle gourd. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup of milk. Simmer till it cooked completely and became dry. If needed add some milk gradually, Last add some ghee, 1tsp only. (Consistency after milk absorbed completely then is ready) keep aside.

Take a big nonstick skillet, add suji and 1tbsp or some more ghee and roast on slow heat till aroma release. Transfer into a bowl and Keep aside this.

Add grated mawa and saute till light brown in colour and aroma release. Add dryfruit, half part sugar and raisins. Mix well. Transfer to a bowl.

Now add suji, 2tbsp sugar, coconut powder and 1/2 cup milk, cook till suji cooked completely, if needed add milk. Add roasted mawa mixture and some milk too. (1/4cup at a time) mix well and simmer for 2-3 mins on medium heat. Add cardamom powder on this stage.

Now add carrot and bottle gourd mixture (prepared, cooked mixture) into mawa, and mix well. Add some milk again. Here, add 2-3tbsp sugar or remaining sugar (But,but, as require to your taste, don't add without tasting) and 2tbsp of ghee, mix well and simmer for 4-5 mins on low heat.

Now last add cream and mix well and simmer for a min only on medium heat.

Serve hot to your loved ones.. and enjoy the sweetness with family and friends.
