In a saucepan, combine the water, oil, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the flour all at once. Stir with a spoon until a dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated. Place the dough in a churro maker or a piping bag. Fry in plenty of hot oil. Once fried, remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
