Cucumber Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

Serves 2 servings

1cucumber
2red onions
1small container Greek yogurt (about 7 oz or 200 grams)
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1small bunch fresh dill

Steps

Slice the cucumber thinly. Slice the red onions as well. Add both to a salad bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and chopped dill. Mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad.

Toss everything together until well coated.
