First boil the water warm.dip the chow stalk under the boil water and stir forva min till its become soft.then immediately drain the water and qash qith cool water to make firm.

Chopped all the vegetables given. Wash them properly. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the chopped vegetables along with biscuit crumbs,for 5 minutes. Meanwhile add salt as per taste. Add vinegar,sauce,and soyasauce.now mix the washed chow with the fried vegetables and stir for a min.add 1 or 1 cup water as per the gravy.taste the salt and make a fine gravy soupy if its come to a boil.then switch off the flame. And garnish it with fresh cucumber and onion
