Ingredients

  • 100 gmmoth beans
  • 100 gmpearl millet (bajra)
  • 1 Ltr halfcurd
  • 1 tbsproasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 2onion (chopped)(to garnish)
  • As neededchopped coriander leaves
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moth beans and bajra for 3 hrs.after 3 hours grind it.dont grind it finely.

  2. 2

    Now blend the curd into thin liquid.

  3. 3

    Mix the grinded paste and curd.

  4. 4

    Now heat the mixture on high flame for 20 mins.heat it till it starts boiling.

  5. 5

    Add the salt and cumin to it.heat it.

  6. 6

    Now let it become lukewarm

  7. 7

    Our kutti rabri is ready.garnish it with onion and coriander and have it😍😍😍😍
