This is a very tasty blossom recipe, if you are making this for fast skip the ice-cream. Blossoms are basically ice-cream and fresh fruit base milkshakes.

Squeeze the juice of 4 big oranges and keep them aside. Peel & cut the Muskmelon and refrigerate it for 2 hours if possible.

Add orange juice to chilled muskmelon and blend well.

Then add sugar and again blend it nicely.

Then add milk and ice-cream and blend well for 2min.

Remove in a serving glass and serve chilled.

Note- make this fresh, because Muskmelon turns bitter if stored for long. Also if you are fasting skip the ice-cream and add 1 more glass of milk.
