A healthy break fast and evening stack made with Kerala's popular Nendram pazham that has unique flavour. My sister who visited my home for hoildays made this for us and from then I started making this often,,,
Steps

Remove the stem of the plantain and cut it into two halves.

Then vertically make a slit deep into it.
- 3
Steam the Plantains in a steamer for 10 minutes.

Take them out. Spread little butter and stuff the jagerry powder and grated coconut in to the slits of all plantains.

The delicious yummy breakfast ready now.
