Ingredients

  1. 4Ripened Plantains
  2. Grated fresh coconut 8 table spoons
  3. Jagerry powder or brown sugar 8 table spoons
  4. Butter 2 table spoons

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the stem of the plantain and cut it into two halves.

  2. 2

    Then vertically make a slit deep into it.

  3. 3

    Steam the Plantains in a steamer for 10 minutes.

    Take them out. Spread little butter and stuff the jagerry powder and grated coconut in to the slits of all plantains.

    The delicious yummy breakfast ready now.
