1red bell pepper
1green bell pepper
1 1/8 poundspork loin strips (500 grams)
1small log goat cheese
4 slicesrustic bread

Clean and cut the vegetables into strips.

Cut the pork loin into strips. Sauté everything together with a little oil and soy sauce. When cooked, set aside.
