Add yogurt in semolina then add
Salt,ginger chilli paste and mix it well and let it rest for 15 minutes - 2
After 15 minutes add little water and cooking soda and mix it well

Now fry it like pakoras(deep fry)

Now take a bowl of water and put hot pakoras in it let it rest 1-2 minutes then press and remove all excess water from it

Now put wadas in deep plate and garnish it with thick yogurt, green chutney,tamarind chutney,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander leaves and promogranates
