Ingredients

  • 1000 gbeef chuck stew meat
  • 1/2 cupflour - (better batter)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cupsbeef broth
  • 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce - (homemade)
  • 1bulb garlic
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 6small potatoes
  • 2-3onions chopped
  • 3celery stalks sliced
  • 3carrots sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    10 hours on low, or 6 hours on high

  2. 2

    Don't use in instant pot. The flour will burn too easily.

  3. 3

    Min 2.5 hours at 350 degrees in Dutch oven
