1 cupflour
4 tspsugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1egg
3/4 cupmilk
1/4 tspsalt

Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

Whisk egg and milk together and slowly pour into dry mix.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Heat pan and allow to cook until done.
