3/4 Cvegetable oil
1/4 Colive oil
1/4 Cwater
1/3 Cwhite vinegar
1/2 Tbspmayonnaise
1/2 tspdried Italian seasoning
1/2 tspsugar
1/3 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1 pkgItalian dressing and seasoning mix
1/4 Cgrated parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients in a blender or in a bowl with a whisk. Store in an airtight jar or bottle.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. The dressing will last about 2 weeks.
