Steps

Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Add water to make a batter of running consistency. Keep for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes whisk the mixture again and add more water as suji will absorb the water.

Heat a non stick tawa or normal tawa. Add a few drops of oil and smear the tawa. Add a ladle full of the suji mixture and spread in a circular pattern with the back of ladle.

Apply oil on the sides and top of the dosa. When the top changes colour Flip and cook again for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve with peanut chutney
