Steps

Collect all ingredients Heat a pan put some oil add cumin sauté few seconds now add sauf,ginger/garlic,onion cook few minutes

After few minutes add soya and mix it put left ingredients tomato,matar mix well add some water cook till matar become soft

Add all spices into the soya mixture again sprinkle some water and cook 4,5mintues now switch off the flame add some freshly chopped coriander leaves and few drops of lemon.Serve hot with buttery bread /naan.it's super delicious healthy recipe and easy to cook
