Switch on the gas, roast the brinjals on it on a low flame.

After cooked, remove the outer peel of brinjals.

Clean it properly and then mash it.

Chop all the veggies and ginger.

Heat the oil in a pan, then add garlic and ginger to it.

Add onions and green chillies init. Cook it a bit.

Now add peas in it.

Now add salt and red chilli powder in it. Cook well Then add the tomtoes. Let it cook for sometime.

After it is cooked, then add the mashed brinjal in it.

Mix and cook it well.
