Wash and peel karela and keep aside for 1 hour,marinate with salt

Now wash karela again and squeez it tightly and tap on dry towel

Mix all spices in a bowl along with karela peel

Mix and stuff in karela

In a pan add oil,heat it add cumin and place all karela and cook for 10 minutes on low flame

Cook till karela become soft and serve.
