1 packageextra firm tofu, mashed
1/2 packettaco seasoning
5 grindsblack pepper
3 grindsHimalayan pink salt
3 shakesred pepper flakes
10 shakescharcoal barbecue seasoning
4 grindshilli & garlic seasoning
5 squirtssriracha sauce
1 squirtlemon or lime juice
1/3 jarKorean barbecue or sweet chilli cooking sauce
2 handfulsfresh or frozen vegetables, diced or sliced
9whole wheat tortillas

Mix all ingredients together, excluding the vegetables and tortillas

Add mixture and vegetables to large pan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly

Serve on 3 tortillas per person
