Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 packageextra firm tofu, mashed
  • 1/2 packettaco seasoning
  • 5 grindsblack pepper
  • 3 grindsHimalayan pink salt
  • 3 shakesred pepper flakes
  • 10 shakescharcoal barbecue seasoning
  • 4 grindshilli & garlic seasoning
  • 5 squirtssriracha sauce
  • 1 squirtlemon or lime juice
  • 1/3 jarKorean barbecue or sweet chilli cooking sauce
  • 2 handfulsfresh or frozen vegetables, diced or sliced
  • 9whole wheat tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together, excluding the vegetables and tortillas

  2. 2

    Add mixture and vegetables to large pan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly

  3. 3

    Serve on 3 tortillas per person
