Ingredients: washed chicken parts; 5 pieces grounded garlic; 2 thumb ginger grounded; 1/3 tsp salt (you can add more); 2 oranges (squeeze the juice); 3 seasoning cubes; 1 classic onga; 1 tsp mixed spice; 2 scotch bonnets (attarugu) finely grounded; pinch Onion powder; 2 tbsp vegetable oil; Garnish with cramalized onions + green pepper and other veggies of ur preference 😁

Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients 😁🙈 overnight or for 4-5hours

Set to on the grilling tray and grill till brown the turn to the other side and vise versa 👊
