Ingredients

10 minutes
4 persons
  1. Dough to make the Paratha.
  2. 2 cupswheat flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 teaspoonghee
  5. 1 cupwater approx.to make the dough
  6. To make the Stuffing
  7. 1 medium size onion very finely chopped
  8. 2 teaspoonfreshly chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped green chilies
  10. 2 teaspoonsfinely chopped tomatoes
  11. 2beaten eggs
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tablespoonsghee for fry

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, in a bowl add wheat flour, add pinch of salt, ghee and mix well. Add water and make a soft smooth dough. Assemble all the ingredients.

    In a bowl, add finely chopped onions, chillies, coriander leaves and tomatoes.

    Add eggs into it, then add salt and mix well.

    Take a portion of the dough and make a round ball. Dust some flour on the rolling pin.

    Roll the dough into a small circular shape. Then grease ghee all over the roti.

    Fold the roti in such a way that it takes the shape of a square. Once again dust from flour on the rolling pin and roll the roti in the form of a triangle paratha.

  7. 7

    Heat tawa in medium heat and place paratha fry it both side for few seconds.

    Now packet the paratha and place the egg mixture and spread the egg mixture fully.

    Cook for few minutes add ghee and cook both side well.

    Make sure the paratha and the egg mixture inside is cooked well.

    Cut into the pieces and serve with tomato sauce.
