First take a plate and add all stuff dry ingredients in it.

Now trasnfer it in the bowl and add sattu, mustard oil, lemon juice and mixed pickle.

Mix it well. And your stuffing is ready.

Now take a bowl and add wheat flour and oil. Mix it well and make a little hard dough by using required water.

Now divide this dough in medium sized ball. And stuff it with stuffing and close the edges. And make a litti and lightly press this litti between in your palm. Make all litties like this. And arrange this litti in electric tandoor tray.

Now cook the all sides of litties in the electric tandoor.

Your tandoori litti is ready. Apply ghee on it and serve it with aloo chokha and spicy tomato chutney.
