Cook meat till done keep aside

Mix the grounded melon seed with water into a paste
3

Heat the red oil on medium heat add the melon paste and fry till crumbly
4

Add peper mix cray fish,spices,salt,maggi,locust beans and spices to taste
5

Then add the ugu leaves and simmer for like 3mins
6

Serve with semo, tuwon shinkafa and pounded yam
