Ingredients

  • 1 cupuncooked penne pasta
  • 1chicken breast
  • 4 cupschopped fresh spinach
  • 1red pepper
  • 3 sprigsrosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 tspgarlic
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1.5 cupschicken broth
  • .75 cupalfredo sauce
  • 3 tbsppesto
  • 1 tbspparmasean cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package

  2. 2

    Slice and candy peppers

  3. 3

    Brown chicken

  4. 4

    Saute chicken, spinach, red pepper, rosemary, garlic, and pepper until spinach wilts

  5. 5

    Stir in broth, alfredo and pesto

  6. 6

    Drain pasta and add to soup
