Mix the sugar and cinnamon to create cinnamon sugar

Roll the pastry dough over the cinnamon sugar to form a coating

Roll from both ends and let the 'rolls' meet in the middle

Cut them equally

On a greased oven tray, arrange the rolls nicely, and apply egg wash

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until they are golden. Remove from the oven and serve.
