THANDAI CAKE (eggless cake)

Pre heat the microwave

Grease the round shaped cake tin with oil

Take a bowl add butter and fined sugar and mix well

Take a sieve add all purpose flour baking powder baking soda strain them well in a bowl.

Add 2 tbsp thandai powder mix well then add milk to it with a cut fold method and add few chopped dry fruits in it

Pour the cake batter in cake tin and tap it well to release air bubbles and then add dry fruits for garnish on the cake

Now bake the cake in microwave for 25 min on convection mode 180 degree celcius
- 8
Once baked let the cake cool for 1 hour and serve it
