Boil all the vegitables like Cauliflower, potato, carrot, bean, peas. Add some salt. Mash all vegitables.

Take a panadd some butter. When butter is heating then add cumin seeds and asafoetitda. After few seconds add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies fry until they turned golden brown.then add chopped tomatoes and spices like deggi mirch,pav Bhaji masala,salt.

When tomatoes turn soft then add capsicum.after few minutes add mashed vegitables.cook it 7-8 mintus.add lemon juice.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and butter on top. Freshly chopped onions.

Heat a tawa add butter then cook paav. It's ready to serve.
