Soak moong daal for 4-5 hours.then grind it without water.

Whisk it till it gets soften, white colour
- 3
Now heat the oil in a wok and make round shaped pakori.Fry these pakoris till become light golden colour.

In a bowl take Lukewarm water and,add some salt to it
- 5
Now add fried moong pakori to it.when they get soften then take out them and squeeze the water lightly.

Whisk the curd and place the pakoris in a serving dish....add the whisk curd on it Sprinkle roasted jeera, powder red chilli salt and garnish with coriander chutney. Top it with sweet tamarind chutney.
