Steps

First make dough before filling take all purpose flour add semolina, wheat flour,salt, oil and make soft dough.And keep in side by covering with a cloth.

Next boil chicken by adding salt,pepper,turmeric and when it is done shred it by hand or like I have used chopper to get quickly shred.Next heat a pan and add oil,add chopped onion, chopped green chilli,and ginger garlic paste and saute till onion gets soft.Next add chopped carrot with turmeric, salt.

Next add with the spices first fennel powder, garam masala,crushed pepper powder,coriander leaves chopped, and some curry leaves give a good mix and saute for 5 minutes to get chicken gets mixed nicely with the spices.And set aside to cool down.

Next for pastry make small size balls and roll it in round shape and add filling in centre and again cover it with another rolled pastry and cover it nicely.

Next from the sides fold it in any shape you can make semicircle and press with a fork on the sides also to give a good look to the pastry,and deep fry the pastry carefully from both sides make sure it's comes out golden brown.
