Take a bowl mix rice and green moong daa clean and wash drain out water and keep aside

Now in cooker heat the gas add ghee 2 tbs add laung, cinnamon stick, dry mirchi,jeera, hing now add ginger chilli paste,stir them,add 1 bowl vegetable (carrot,peas aloo capsicums,cauliflower) stir them on slow flame now add masala haldi,salt Spoon khichadi masala stir it now add mix daal and rice again stir it

Now add water in it should be upper level 2 fingers to all mixer cover lid and take 3 whistle, cool it, open the cooker

Ready to serve veg masala fry khichadi garnish with Coriander, serve with plain curd or kadhi papad onion ring and fry hari mirch
