Take out Brine Inject Creole Butter

Rub Generosly with Rub

Start Smoker I used Cherrywood Chunks to offset the Coffe Rub but try different woods

Let it Slow Cook 8 hrs 220 dont rush then double for 4 hrs 300

Pull Apart and let the fun Begin
