Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1-1/2 lbspurple potatoes, quartered
  2. 2 Tevoo
  3. 1 tspdried Italian seasoning
  4. 1medium garlic clove, diced
  5. 1/2 c + 3 T chopped Italian parsley
  6. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and transfer to serving bowl.

  2. 2

    In small skillet, heat oil. Saute herbs, garlic, and parsley about 2 min.

  3. 3

    Gently toss herb mixture with potatoes and serve immediately.
