Steps

Boil milk then add rice with nutmeg & cardamom powder & cook on low flame for good 12-15 minutes keep stirring continuously until rice is half done

Add carrots with condensed milk & cook for 15 -20 minutes on low flame (stir continuously, adjusts sugar at this stage)
- 3
When it’s getting thick & rice is full done add rose water & kewra water mix it well n turn off the flame
(If u wish to add color then add at this stage)
Transfer in serving dish & garnish with nuts
Serve chilled
