Ingredients

  • 1 bunchLettuce
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2scotch bonnet
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2stock cubes
  • 1/2 cuproasted peanuts
  • 1small cucumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the veggies and slice, drain and set aside

    In a mortar or a grinder, pound the peanuts and stock cubes,

    Mix in the peanuts and stock cubes in to the veggies and mix thoroughly till all ingredients is well incorporated and serve
