Ingredients

45 minutes.
10-12 servings
  • 2.5 gramsdigestive biscuits
  • 140 gramdbutter
  • 1/4 cupchopped cashew
  • 1.5 cupcrumbled paneer
  • 400 gramdcondensed milk
  • 1/2 cuphung Yoghurt
  • 1 cupstabilized whipped cream
  • 1 pinchsaffron
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 15small gulab jamun
  • For garnishingGround pistachios,dried rose petals

Steps

45 minutes.
  1. 1

    Crush biscuits in a food processor into a fine powder

  2. 2

    Add melted butter and combine to make a dough.

  3. 3

    Transfer it to a 20c springform pan evenly distributed to all the sides.

  4. 4

    Bake this in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    For the cheese layer mix paneer,cardamom powder,hung Yoghurt, condensed milk smoothly in a blender.

  6. 6

    Fold the mixture with the whipped cream very gently.

  7. 7

    Meanwhile mix saffron in warm milk.

  8. 8

    Let it cool.

  9. 9

    Mix this saffron infused milk into the above mentioned paneer mixture.

  10. 10

    Mix thoroughly and gently.

  11. 11

    Take out the pan from the oven.

  12. 12

    Put a layer of gulab jamun.

  13. 13

    Pour the mixture over it.

  14. 14

    Bake this in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes.

  15. 15

    Let it cool completely.

  16. 16

    Take out the cheesecake from the pan.

  17. 17

    Garnish with dried rose petals, pistachios and gulab jamun.
