Ingredients

2 bowlscooked long grain rice
2 tsp Cumin/jeera
8-10curry leaves
8-10garlic pods
2finely chopped green chillies
1 pinchAsafoetida
1 tsp ghee
to tastesalt

Steps

In a pan heat oil add jeera, hing curry leaves, garlic pods and saute till garlic becomes light brown.

Now add chillies and saute.

Add cooked rice, salt and give a mix. Add a tspn ghee and cover lid for 2 mins.

Ready to serve.
