Soak the rice for half an hour then boil it with 1 glass of water. Smash the rice.

Boil the milk for 10 to 15 min. Add cardamom. Then add rice, zafran. Then cook it for half an hour on low flame. When it becomes thick add condense milk. If you want more sweet then add sugar. Cook it for 5 to 10 mins.

Cool it and decorate with almonds. Enjoy your kheer
