Steps

First of all this basmati rice is soaked into water upto one hours and cooked, then soyabean is also soaked into water upto two hours.

Then take kadhai, insert oil, put on the gas, stove add curry leaves, Tejpatta, mustard seeds, chopped onions mix well then add chopped capsicum then add garam masala.

Mix well then add soaked soyabean then add cooked steam rice.

Mix and cook it at few minutes then add salt, sugar and ghee again mix well and cooked upto four to five minutes.

Then switch of the gas flame and garnishing with tomato skin Rose and serve it.
