Preheat oven to 180degrees,Grease and line 3 '8' inch round pans.

Weigh,measure and assemble your ingredients

In a large bowl sift together flour,cocoa,baking soda,salt set aside.

In another bowl mix butter with sugar until combined, incorporate eggs one at a time.

Mix in oil,vinegar,vanilla and mala.

Fold in flour until well combined. Gradually add red color until the desired color is reached

Pour the batter in the pans evenly and bake for 30mis until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in a wire rack before frosting.

Frosting: whip the cream until soft peaks form,add icing sugar and beat until stiff peaks.

Assemble the cake layers n spread frosting on each layer fill with grated chocolate n kiwi, cover the top n sides of the cake with enough frosting n chill for 15 mins

Make the drips,pipe as desired then garnish with remained melted chocolate, grated white chocolate n thinly sliced kiwi fruits.
