Being a Dietician & Nutritionist I always strive to create healthy recipes and that is where I thought to create this quick and easy recipe which is suitable for all age groups, weight watchers & diabetic people who want to indulge into something sweet, but without the guilt

1. Heat ghee on medium flame in a non stick pan, add the finely chopped anjeer and cook for 3-4 minutes, once the anjeer are soft, add khajoor and cook for 5-6 minutes till the khajoor are soft, by continously stirring and pressing the mixture with the back of the spoon.

2. Add the roasted finely chopped dry fruits & raisins to the mixture and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes till it becomes a lump mixture.

3. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Remove from flame and keep aside to cool.
Do not cool the mixture completely, keep the mixture warm. - 5
Grease hands with ghee and start making ladoo sized balls from the prepared warm mixture and roll in toasted sesame seeds.

Keep aside to cool and serve them.

This ladoos stay fresh outside the fridge for 1 week and you can store this ladoos in the fridge for 15 days
